š The Mamba Method: 3 Moves That Made Kobe Unstoppable
Inside the Mindset That Made Kobe, and Can Make You Unstoppable
Kobe Bryant wasnāt just a legendary athlete.
He was a relentless student of the game and of life.
Today, August 24th, is Mamba Day. A reminder of what relentless discipline, curiosity, and courage can create.
Kobe spoke four languages. He studied film until 3 a.m.
He sought out mentors like Jordan and Magic to sharpen his edge.
That Mamba Mentality wasnāt just about basketball. It was a way of living, learning, and leading.
And the truth is, what made Kobe unstoppable on the court is the same mindset that makes leaders unstoppable off it.
The Mamba Method: 3 Moves to Lead Relentlessly
1. Learn from those who went before you
Kobe relentlessly studied Jordan, Magic, Bird.
Leaders today can do the same -- seek mentors, study those at the top of your field. Surround yourself with greatness and youāll raise your own game.
Identify one person whose leadership you admire. Study their habits this week, then apply one.
2. Attack your weaknesses
Kobe didnāt hide from gaps in his game -- he turned them into strengths.
As leaders, growth lives where weāre most uncomfortable. Run toward it, and you expand whatās possible.
Write down one weakness youāve been avoiding. Whatās one action you can take to confront it this week?
3. See limits as obstacles, not walls
Kobe never saw barriers -- only puzzles to crack.
That mindset has carried me through setbacks in business, leadership, and life.
Reframe one current challenge. What if the obstacle isnāt blocking you -- itās inviting you to solve it?

I was honoured to attend Kobe and Gigiās celebration of life at the Staples Centre in February 2020. A day I will never forget.
These arenāt just lessons from sport.
Theyāre a playbook for leading teams, navigating change, and building lasting impact.
Because success isnāt gifted.
Itās built -- daily.bility is your strength.

Let your insurance plan pay for your personal dietitian
Expert nutrition counseling is a game-changer for your health, but high costs have made it inaccessible for many. What if you could get that expert guidance without the financial burden?
Fay was founded on a simple but powerful premise: your health insurance should help you stay healthy. Most people don't realize their plan likely covers sessions with a Registered Dietitian, often with little to no co-pay.
Fay makes it easy to unlock this benefit by matching you with a top-tier dietitian who is in-network with your insurance provider, including major plans from UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and hundreds more. Stop paying out-of-pocket for generic advice.
